Hello again, Dear Reader!
The first section of our first issue is now complete, and we move from exploration to interrogation. Perhaps a generation ship is currently our most feasible option, but will it always be so? Are the associated costs worth the benefits of such a titanic effort? Is there a middle ground? What haven’t we considered?
Matthew Harrison will start us off by examining some of these, and other, questions in his article ‘A Generation Starship Answers the Wrong Question’, posting on 18 April. Our fiction and poetry will then follow up with some more unusual takes on terraforming, generation ships, and interstellar travel. As before, please join in the conversation on social media and add your own thoughts and questions to the mix!
Sincerely,
Powder Scofield
